Reiki Healing is an ancient way to activate and harmonise our natural life energy. It has been rediscovered by Mikao Usui (1865-1926) after years of researching its Indian and Tibetan origins.

The Usui Method of Natural Healing is a method of receiving and passing on Reiki energy.

The Reiki energy is the fundamental Life Force of the Universe, a conscious and intelligent energy that flows through and nourishes all life.

Helen offers Reiki healing on a one-to one basis and also teaches Levels 1 and 2 to people who want to use it for themselves, friends and family and after Level 2, to use on others.
