Slim By Suggestion™

with Hypnosis

A new, ground breaking 2 day 'no weigh' programme that provides you with the mind tools to create the slim and more confident person that you can be.

"By diet alone the average success rate is 5%.  When you incorporate a behaviour modification programme such as Slim By Suggestion™ then the success rate can be up to 80%"  Here's Health, April 1999.

Programme written and presented by Georgia Foster & Roz Collier, qualified Clinical Hypnotherapists who specialise in weight control and self esteem issues.

The Slim By Suggestion™ Programme

Many people struggle to maintain an ideal and healthy weight.  As you know this can be a constant endeavour, going from diet to diet, sometimes with results, but not for long.  Slim By Suggestion™ will move you out of this dieting cycle.  We believe that the only way to lose weight and maintain that weight is by the use of your unconscious mind.   This is not a diet programme.  It is suitable for anyone of any size who acknowledge that their eating is out of control.  It is the goal of Slim By Suggestion™ to provide you with the best mind tools so you can rid yourself of your excess weight, emotionally and physically.  Our research shows that weight is all in the mind.

In this programme you will discover why dieting only deals with the symptoms of being overweight. Slim By Suggestion™ will provide you with the understanding and information you need to treat the cause, and change.

How The Slim By Suggestion™ Programme Was Developed

Your course creators, Georgia Foster and Roz Collier are experienced Clinical Hypnotherapists and personal development trainers.  Between them, Georgia and Roz have worked with hundreds of clients and have a wealth of experience in weight control.   Normally an individual working with a hypnotherapist would expect at least 8 -10 sessions (£650.00) or until the goal weight is achieved.  This can be expensive and time consuming, and that is the reason why they developed the Slim By Suggestion™ programme.

Slim By Suggestion™ resolves the hidden causes of weight gain.  It taps into all your inner resources to discover the most effective method to deal with the negative thoughts, feelings and deeply held beliefs that hold you back from your desired weight.   Working hypnotically will allow you to achieve personal control, safely.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply an altered state of awareness that we enter naturally and frequently.  It can be a trance state of day dreaming, losing yourself in a good book or sitting on the train and not remembering the last 4 stops.

Being hypnotised is a very pleasant feeling.  People comment that they feel relaxed, safe and very calm.  All hypnosis is self hypnosis.  You will always be in control and any suggestions that are not appropriate are not accepted, just as in your normal conscious state.  During the trance state you may choose to listen to to drift away.  It doesn't make any difference.
