Naturopathic Osteopathy

Naturopathic Osteopathic Medicine (NOM) seeks to remove people's dis-ease by establishing body equilibrium by identifying and treating imbalances.

Evaluation is based on a combination of a full medical history, physical examination and by using Applied Kinesiology.

You will usually be asked to remove some of your clothing during the examination and treatment.

From the results of the evaluation the most appropriate course of treatment is chosen to help bring you back to health.

Treatments used in NOM include:

  1. STRUCTURAL - Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy
  2. CHEMICAL - Nutritional evaluation, dietary advice and screening processes for allergies, toxic metals and other glandular processes.
  3. ELECTROMAGNETIC - Acupuncture (no needles).
  4. PSYCHOLOGICAL - Visualisation and relaxation.

The number of treatments you will require is dependent on the length of time you have had the condition.  Generally, the older the condition, the longer the recovery time.
